If you just cannot manage to make your own bone broth from scratch or if you’re traveling, or need some extra protein for wound repair, or to encourage growth, or healthy hair, etc. then this is a great alternative.

You can use it as is and just add hot water to have an instant bowl or cup of broth. Or you can use it in these ways too:

  • Ramen noodle soup - add brown rice ramen noodles and a tablespoon of dehydrated veggies and you have a much improved version of the common packaged ramen. I also like to add garlic powder, ginger powder and soy sauce.
