Enjoy our MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides) in an easy-to-use, pourable form.  MCTs are a source of caprylic and capric acids, the fats that occur naturally in coconut oil. MCTs promote the burning of calories and are much less prone to being stored as fat in the body. Also, MCTs enhance the production of ketones, an organic compound that the brain uses for energy.

SUPPLEMENT FACTS: Please see secondary image above.

Easy to use: simply add a tbsp or two to your smoothie or beverage, or use in salad dressings, marinades, and more!

Do not use if seal is broken. Store in a cool dry place.

I've been using this MCT oil in both shakes and smoothies and it has virtually no taste and shakes up great in just a BlenderBottle - even if the liquid I'm adding is really cold. It's a healthy fat and a great alternative to Udo's oil or Flax oil AND it can sit at room temperature without denaturing. This makes it an ideal oil to use for Absorb Plus shakes if you're traveling or at work/school.

You can also stir it into soups, or use it to make salad dressings. MCT oil is particularly helpful for the gut as the caprylic acid is anti-fungal (and don't worry, it's not actually acidic), so it's useful to balance the gut and helps with dysbiosis.

PETS: I also mix it in my dogs' food - again, because I can just pour and mix (much easier than scooping solid coconut oil out of a tub). If your dog is constipated or having skin issues, you may want to try mixing MCT oil, along with powdered greens in their food - even once a day has a noticeable effect on my two dogs.
